Storage Corner Group has acquired an existing Class A self-storage property at 1641 W 1200 N in Orem, Utah, formerly Towne Storage – Vineyard, in an off-market transaction. The acquisition marks the Firm's 25th overall and grows its infill Utah portfolio to more than 230,000 net rentable square feet across the Provo-Orem MSA.
