Storage Corner Group has acquired an existing Class A self-storage property at 1641 W 1200 N in Orem, Utah, formerly known as Towne Storage, Vineyard, in an off-market transaction.
The transaction marks the Firm's 25th acquisition overall and grows its infill Utah portfolio to more than 230,000 net rentable square feet across the Provo-Orem MSA.
The property has been rebranded Storage Corner Vineyard and transitioned onto Storage Corner Group's in-house operating platform, where it will undergo a value-add program consistent with the Firm's investment thesis.
