Storage Corner Group has completed the acquisition and recapitalization of a self-storage and small-bay industrial property on Reindollar Avenue in Marina, California, totaling approximately 116,000 net rentable square feet.
The Firm's 20th acquisition, the property has been rebranded Storage Corner Marina and Marina Business Park.
It is the largest self-storage transaction the Firm is aware of along the Monterey peninsula, supported by acquisition and renovation financing arranged for the Firm.
