SCG Industrial Parks, a newly branded industrial-platform affiliate of Storage Corner Group, has completed the acquisition of a small-bay, light-industrial property at 815 and 831 Warrington Ave in Redwood City, California.
The property represents the Firm's 22nd acquisition overall and fourth light-industrial acquisition, and has been rebranded Redwood City Business Park.
It contains approximately 20,000 square feet, with small-bay spaces ranging from 900 to 3,500 square feet, and will undergo a renovation to institutionalize its competitive market positioning.
Aligning with SCG Industrial Parks' investment thesis, the property has a densely infill location, a value-add business plan, and sits within Storage Corner Group's existing Bay Area management footprint.
