JANUARY 2025 -- Storage Corner Group, a Bay Area–based regional self-storage investor and operator, has acquired an existing self-storage property located at 590 and 610 Crespi Drive in Pacifica, California, known as Crespi Mini Storage, in an off-market transaction.

The transaction marks Storage Corner Group’s 24th acquisition overall and its eighth acquisition within the Bay Area MSA. The property has been rebranded as Storage Corner Linda Mar and has transitioned to Storage Corner Group’s in-house property management platform. The facility comprises approximately 25,000 rentable square feet with more than 270 units. Notably, this represents the first transaction since the property’s original construction.

Consistent with Storage Corner Group’s core investment strategy, the property will be executed as a value-add opportunity, with planned renovations designed to enhance operations and strengthen its competitive positioning within the Pacifica submarket. The property is located steps from Linda Mar Beach and just off Highway 1, and it complements Storage Corner Group’s existing nearby holdings, including Storage Corner Pacifica (5–10 minutes north) and Storage Corner Half Moon Bay (approximately 10 minutes south).

In the last twelve months, Storage Corner Group also completed a self-storage acquisition in Half Moon Bay, California; a light-industrial acquisition in Redwood City, California; and a self-storage transaction in Sonoma, California, in partnership with Harvest Properties. The firm is currently advancing several additional acquisitions across the Mountain West.

Storage Corner Group’s portfolio now spans 24 locations totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet of self-storage and small-bay light-industrial properties across California, Utah, and Idaho.
