Storage Corner Group has acquired an existing self-storage property at 135 S Pleasant Grove Boulevard in Pleasant Grove, Utah, the Firm's 19th acquisition overall and third in the Provo-Orem MSA.
Rebranded Storage Corner Pleasant Grove, the property contains approximately 72,000 square feet across 420 units.
The transaction involved a purchase and recapitalization of ownership that elected to roll equity forward, and the property will undergo a significant value-add renovation.
