Storage Corner Group has acquired Crespi Mini Storage at 590 and 610 Crespi Drive in Pacifica, California, in an off-market transaction.
The deal marks the Firm's 24th acquisition overall and its eighth within the Bay Area MSA.
The property has been rebranded Storage Corner Linda Mar and transitioned onto the Storage Corner operating platform.
