Storage Corner Group has acquired an existing self-storage property in the Princeton-by-the-Sea area of Half Moon Bay, California.
The acquisition is the Firm's 23rd overall and seventh in the Bay Area MSA, expanding its growing cluster of supply-constrained coastal California assets.
Rebranded Storage Corner Half Moon Bay, the property will undergo a value-add renovation under the Storage Corner platform.
